[MinervaCats] Reversal of Fox sales to libraries policy

Midwest Tapes has announce that " in response to the vocal and persuasive 
outcry from the library community, Fox has decided to amend their policy.

Beginning in June, all of Fox's titles will be available to library customers in 
the original retail edition. These titles will contain the full menu of extras and 
bonus features at no additional cost to the library. "

I used Fox's online form to request a replacement for Slumdog Millionaire 
and was shipped overnight the correct full featured DVD with a pre-paid 
envelope to send the rental version back to Fox.
