First of all, please use the American form of "cataloged" without the "u."

I think you should use a 590 field instead of 500. You need to identify your
library in this note unless all the libraries attached are handing the
cd-rom in the same way.  Perhaps 590 EMCC cataloged separately: ...

I would like hear if others agree with this or should this just be on EMCC's
item record.
