Hi Karen,

Two of the bibs had the other title in the 240 field, so I changed the
ones that were in the 246 field,
but maybe they should be in the 246 (varying form of title.)  If so, what
should the indicators be?
Please let me know and I'll fix them.

One thing that's a little disconcerting is that a couple of the individual
titles are different between the Australian and U.S. versions.
