[MinervaCats] Changing material type "d" question

Katherine R. Morgan asked about changing material type "d" to accomodate
Blu-Rays. Blu-Rays are another format of a videorecording as MP3s are
another format of a sound recording. We opted not to add MP3s as a
distinct material type, so perhaps should be consistent (or even re-visit the
MP3 question?) There are other complications coming, however.

There has been such an underwhelming consumer response to the Blu-Ray
format that an increasing number of studios are packaging a standard DVD
copy of the movie with new high-definition Blu-Ray releases, particularly on
family titles in an attempt to change consumer habits and boost sales of Blu-
Ray. Some studios have announced they will include a separate digital copy
on a disc packed inside these packages. The digital copies can be
transferred directly to a computer or iPod for viewing. Among the studios are
Disney, MGM, Lionsgate, and Fox Entertainment. You'll recognize the titles:
Marley and Me, Pinocchio, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Princess
Bride, etc.

What material type would we assign to these mulitpaks?
