[MinervaCats] Decision on Learning Results binder

Learning Results -After posting my last discussion item on how to handle
a binder with one chapter of the Learning Results, I have decided that
this should not be added to the catalog.  It will go into a resource
room in the library that contains curriculum educational materials that
are not cataloged for the early childhood program students.  This avoids
all sorts of issues.
