[MinervaCats] Changing status codes

Hi Ellen,
I'm just wondering about the last paragraph in the email below, stating
that a nonrequestable iType is one that can't be borrowed outside Minerva.
I think you will get the message "Item xxx is non-reguestable to this
patron xxx," if you try to request anything in list #304 (item type 182
Non-Req Local Loan Only),
unless you are a patron at that particular library.
