patrons with holds from: apl, bai, bfl, bml, cfl, cml, gar, gpl, lud, mca,
otp, pfl,  ric, rkd,  roc, sca, spp, swh, tce, tpl,uni, wel, wlk

Hi all, 

Found almost 2000 bibs without items. Does anyone know how this happens? 
List #120 has 30 empty bibs with holds. Thought you would want to move the
patron to an existing record and delete the bibs.
