[MinervaCats] Tigger movie digital copy question

Hi all,

The Tigger Movie 2-Disc 10th Anniversary Edition consists of a DVD and a
digital copy.
There are two bibs in Minerva, b27045201 (GPL) and b27054366 (CML.)

The first bib has been motified to include only the DVD. I attached our
copy to that bib for now, but I'm a little unsure about how to deal with
this. 

It looks like the the digital copy only is of any use to the first person
downloading it, using the activation code. 

Any suggestions how to deal with these?
