This is a reminder to all Minerva Libraries that there is only one
Cataloging Meeting left this year.

Per the Attendance Policy put in action this year by the Minerva Executive
Board, all Minerva Libraries must send a representative to three
Cataloging User Group Meeting per calendar year or view three Cataloging
User Group Meeting DVD's per calendar year. Minerva Libraries that do not
meet this requirement will have their permission taken away to create new
bibliographic records and to import bibliographic records from remote
databases.

The last Cataloging Meeting will be held at Husson University in Bangor on
Friday, November 13, 2009.

To request a DVD, open up your patron record in Millennium Circulation.

After you have received and watched the DVD:
                a. sign your name to the DVD case
                b. email Jim Roy at minervaattendance at gmail.com and let
him know you have watched it
                c. send it to the next waiting library using the delivery
service

There are currently only 2 or 3 holds waiting on these items, so if you
place a hold now, you should receive the materials soon. Please also
remember to watch and return these DVDs promptly so that others can view
them.

Let me know if you have any questions.
