David Warlick has penciled in a return to Maine following an enthusiastic
response to his visit last fall. Many other great presenters are lined up to
provide extended learning sessions in key content areas with a focus on
literacy, numeracy, and project-based learning. Workshops are being planned
to show how a wide variety of 21st century technology can be incorporated
into content in order to achieve Maine¹s Learning Results.

Tentative Schedule of Events:
Wednesday, August 1: Afternoon ­ Registration, Evening  - Dinner and Welcome
Keynote 
Thursday, August 2: Two half-day, hands-on learning sessions with a BBQ and
celebration to top off the day
Friday, August 3: Half-day learning session, lunch and wrap up gathering

Anticipated Costs: 
Registration: $50 for all three days ($15 for Wednesday, $25 for Thursday,
$20 for Friday)
Lodging and food: $75.00
Meals include dinner Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast, lunch and a BBQ,
and Friday breakfast and lunch. Lodging is based on double occupancy, and
single rooms will be available for an additional $50.
