[MLTI-HS] Literacy Leadership Collaborative

Bring your literacy team and join us for a Literacy Leadership  
Collaborative!  This meeting of the LLC is supported by MLTI and is  
designed for the networking of School Literacy Teams.  Your school's  
Literacy Team is comprised of the literacy coach or specialist, the  
library media specialist, and the instructional technology integrator.

Some topics that will be discussed are:
1.	Teams will explore the potential for student learning when there  
is collaboration among library media specialist, technology  
integrators, & literacy specialists.
2.	Teams will learn tools and strategies for collaboration and  
addressing 21st century literacy.
3.	Teams will begin to build, refine and/or expand a plan for future  
collaboration.

We have scheduled two meetings of this Collaborative:
	Northern: May 6 at United Technologies Center, Bangor
	Southern: May 7 at Lewiston High School, Lewiston

There is a small charge of $10 which will cover materials and food  
costs (we are meeting 9-3 with coffee & muffins in the morning and  
lunch served in the afternoon).  An agenda will be available online  
soon!

person on the team should register individually.
