[MLTI-HS] MLTI HS Teacher Survey - Spring 2008

The original 2008 MLTI Teacher Leader Spring Stipend information  
referred to a deadline of May 28th for forms, surveys and NoteShare  
notebooks. Due to the later than expected release date of the  
survey, teacher leaders will now have until June 13 th to work with  
staff on survey completion.  We understand that time constraints may  
not allow for all teachers to take the survey.  We appreciate your  
best efforts and will process stipends as quickly as possible.
Your 2008 Spring Stipend forms and your school-wide NoteShare notebook  
must be received in the MLTI Project Office by May 28th as originally  
stated.  Please mail those items to: MLTI Project Office, 23 State  
House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0023.   Necessary stipend forms  
can be found at www.maine.gov/mlti/educator.
