[MLTI-HS] MLTI High School Buyout Survey

As the department plans for the anticipated MLTI expansion, we are
trying to gauge the level of interest schools have in buying the
existing equipment in their buildings.  To facilitate this, we are
asking schools to complete a brief online survey. This is not a
commitment to buy.  
 
We anticipate that schools will have the following purchasing options,
and would like to know which option you think your district may choose
for your school:
 
- Will buy the entire deployment at our school at $390.00 per device,
with payment due in full 7/31/09.
- Will not buy any equipment from the current deployment.
