several schools who have not yet responded.  Please take a moment to refer
to the instructions below, and submit your information by Friday, May 15,
2009.   For those that have responded, we are in the process of reviewing
the information you submitted.

Specific details related to timing of the deployment, equipment
specifications, and calendars for professional development opportunities are
forthcoming from the Department. In anticipation of MLTI 1:1 expansion to
grades 9-12, the Department is requiring high schools to provide information
about their school facilities to assist with the planning and implementation
of new wireless network infrastructure.
 
1. Go to http://hsassets.mlti.org <http://hsassets.mlti.org/> , using the
login name and password that was created when the MacBooks were rolled out
to the high school teachers.  Should someone not recall their Asset Manager
login information, contact Laura Brown, laura.brown at maine.gov, (207)
624-6746. 
2. Fill out the information in the following modules:
> 1. Contact Information: Verify that the address for the high school is the
> physical shipping address of the high school, not the mailing address and
> please indicate N/A in the name field if a listed position isn¹t applicable.
> Each school should have a Principal (Head or Dean), Technical Lead, and
> Teacher Leader. 
> 2. Building Information: Please make sure that the room numbers on the
> building floor plan being uploaded matches the room numbers that are actually
> displayed in the building(s).
> 3. Room Approval: Please ensure there is a room assigned on this list to match
> each room on the floor plan.
> 4. Network Information
3. It is important for accuracy and timeliness of the submittal information
so site surveys can be scheduled and managed in the most efficient manner.
