Dear MLTI Schools,

 

 

Welcome back!  Hope everyone had a nice, restful summer.

 

 

As you start your school laptop deployment, you may come across
discrepancies with your asset tags and serial numbers.  If you do
experience this, you may contact the Apple Office by using the following
email address:

 

 

mlti_assets at group.apple.com

 

 

Please provide Apple with the following information from each iBook:

 

 

Asset Tag Number

Serial Number (look under the keyboard)

Airport ID (look under the keyboard)

Ethernet ID (look under the keyboard)
