[MLTI-MS] Duckhead order deadline

Duckheads [the small, square plug in your AC adapter that can be  
replaced by the power cord] did not ship with the iBooks delivered in  
5 packs. If you would like duckheads for these iBooks, please send an  
email to mlti-duckheads at group.apple.com with the subject line  
"duckhead request." Include your school name and four digit MEDMS  
school code in the body of the email. You will be shipped 5 duckheads  
for each 5 pack of iBooks that you received. Please allow 2-3 weeks  
for delivery.

Requests must be received by December 29, 2006.
