[MLTI-MS] MLTI Schools, New iBook delivery information needed

Dear MLTI schools:

We are expecting the new MLTI iBooks to begin arriving in late August. As
you may know, we have a deadline of this Friday, July 7th for all schools to
opt-in and provide their staff & student numbers. If you have not submitted
this information, please be sure to meet this deadline! If you are listed
below, we have not received your paperwork.

Prior to this order, we need some delivery information from your school.
