[MLTI-MS] MLTI Teacher Leader stipends for end of 05-06 school year

Dear MLTI Teacher Leaders:
 
Once again, it is time to gather information to pay the second half of the
stipends for the Teacher Leader position in your school. We ask that the
building principal complete and sign, along with the teacher leader, the
attached document and mail it to Heather Peel at the Department of
Education.
 
Once the form has been received and reviewed by Bette Manchester, a check
for $500 will be sent to the teacher. Reminder that it is required that you
attended the regional workshop in Universal Design and presented the
material to all staff at the school level. If you did not attend this
workshop, you are not eligible to receive this 2nd payment. We are offering
another session to accomodate those that couldn't participate.

This session will be held via ATM on June 14 at Gray New Gloucester HS ATM
room. Other site locations are listed below if you cannot participate in
Gray New Gloucester.

TIME: 8:30am-3:00pm
LOCATION: via ATM @ Gray New Gloucester HS, Washington Academy, and Houlton
area TBA. (If you are going to attend in the Houlton area, email
heather.hamlin at maine.gov to get the final location for that region)
