[MLTI-MS] Online Technical Lead Collaboration and Packages

Dear MLTI Tech Leads,

Sorry for the delays, but we now have an online space to replace the  
FirstClass TC Conferences. This new online space is not permanent,  
but is utilizing the same web-based technologies that will be used  
with our teachers and students. Development is ongoing for the final  
production server that will host both teacher and student  
collaborative spaces and the final home of the new TC Collaboration  
online space.

The temporary home for the new TC Collaboration space and package  
installers can be found at:

http://www.maine.gov/mlti/portals/tech/packages.htm

Generic user logins have been created for each school to access the  
TC Collaboration space. These logins are "Student" logins and are, by  
default, in the form of:

username: tcxxxx
password: tcxxxx

where xxxx is the 4 digit MEDMS School ID. Once logged in, MLTI Tech  
Leads should change their password. If your school has more than one  
tech, please make sure that all techs know the new password!
