[MLTI-MS] Network Upgrades

Dear MLTI Schools,

If you have not already done so, please make sure to complete the  
Building Information, Network Information, Room Approvals, and  
Contact Information sections of the MLTI Asset Manager (http:// 
assets.mlti.org). Apple needs this data in order to begin the process  
of upgrading your wireless network.

More details about these sections of the MLTI Asset Manager are  
located on the front page of the MLTI Asset Manager in the MLTI Tech  
News #21 and #22.

As you complete this information, please note the following:

1) If you want Apple to upgrade your wireless network, then answer  
"YES" to the question "Do you want an Apple-installed wireless  
network" in the Network Information section.

2) In the Room Approvals section, please do not enter the same room  
multiple times, even if it is used by multiple teachers. Enter the  
name of the MLTI-eligible teacher with the largest class size for  
that room.

3) In the Room Approvals section, for rooms used as assembly spaces  
or study halls, please enter that information in the Subject field.  
If the field is blank, then the room will be rejected and not covered  
by the wireless network.

The sooner these sections are completed, the sooner Apple will be  
able to begin work on your school's network. If everyone completes  
this data all at once, Apple will not be able to upgrade every  
school's network right away. However, the MLTI Project team would  
rather give Apple's team more work than they can handle than have  
them waiting for schools to complete the online data collection.
