Dear MLTI schools,

We hope that the new MLTI devices are working well, and that the new  
tools available are generating new ideas and excitement for your  
teachers and students. Both the MLTI Project Office and the Apple  
Project Office wanted to remind everyone to use the AppleCare Help  
Desk as your first technical support avenue. The AppleCare Help Desk  
can be reached at 1-800-919-2775, account 4MLTI.

For any email sent to any member of the MLTI Project Team or Apple  
Project Team, please include in your subject header, your school's 4  
digit MEDMS ID number. This number replaces the 5 digit codes used in  
the past. In addition, please include your full name.
