Hello,

Attached is MLTI's first newsletter of the 2006-2007 school year, which we
hope you will find to be a great resource to you, and we've included some
tips which we hope you will share with your students.

I also wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to all of you, as I have
just joined the MLTI Team starting today. I will be working closely with
Jeff Mao to handle any administrative and technical needs you may have with
respect to the program, and I'm looking forward to working with you.  Please
