[MLTI-MS] MLTI Leadership Position

A little over a year ago, Bette Manchester retired from the Department of
Education, and she has been serving in an interim capacity as Director of
Special Projects and Team Leader of the Learning through Technology Team,
providing policy and operational leadership to the Maine Learning Technology
Initiative and the other Learning through Technology programs.

Last week, on Thursday 2/14/08, this very important leadership position was
posted by the DOE on the Maine.gov web site.  This direct hire position
requires an experienced school leader who understands and has experience
with systemic, educational change at the building and district level.
