[MLTI-MS] Staff Change Announcement

MLTI is pleased to announce that Jeff Mao has been appointed as the  
new Department of Education Team Leader/Policy Director for the  
Learning through Technology Team. His energy and knowledge are a great  
match for this leadership position, and we congratulate him on his  
promotion. Bette Manchester, who most recently held this position, is  
now the Executive Director at the Maine International Center for  
Digital Learning.
