[MLTI-MS] URGENT Message to ALL MLTI Sites Concerning Delivery Information

The MLTI Project team is certifying shipping details for the new MLTI
deployment. Please have someone complete this certification today, if
possible.

As we move forward with our preparations for shipping new MLTI devices to
schools, we want to ensure that the delivery information is correct in the
Middle School asset manager (http://assets.mlti.org) and the High School
asset manager (http://hsassets.mlti.org).

The site address that must be supplied in the asset manager is the PHYSICAL
shipping address for the new MLTI devices. PO boxes are not acceptable. In
cases where PO boxes are currently provided, sites will want to list a
physical shipping address. If the school is not regularly staffed during the
summer, schools may want to consider an alternate shipping location that is
staffed, such as a district office.

To verify shipping information and ensure that sites receive their
deliveries in a timely manner we are asking ALL sites to complete the survey
located at the link below.
