Dear MLTI Schools,

The MLTI Project Team recognizes that schools are seeking more details  
concerning Governor Baldacci's announcement in the State of the State  
address, March 10, 2009. While many details are not yet available, the  
MLTI Project Team has established a Frequently Asked Questions web  
page specific to the anticipated expansion.
