[MLTI-MS] MLTI Spring Regional Pre-Meeting prompt

Dear MLTI Schools,

At the Spring Regional Meeting, we will be discussing local school  
capacity to support the implementation of a 1:1 learning environment.  
Please take some time to consider the following question prior to  
attending the meeting. If possible, please share this with your  
faculty and staff to elicit feedback. We will be collecting this  
information from you at the meeting. This information will help the  
Department, working with CEPARE, to craft a needs-assessment survey to  
better understand and support the implementation of MLTI in support of  
your school's goals.

For MS teams:
1) Based on your experience in an MLTI supported 1-to-1 environment,  
what conditions exist in your school that have made the program  
successful?

For HS teams:
2)  As high schools across Maine look towards implementing a 1-to-1  
environment, what do you believe are the necessary (and realistic)  
elements to make MLTI successful in your school?
