[Provider] Checks for MaineCare Services Received Without Remittance Advices (RAs)

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  MaineCare providers receiving checks for services provided,
without an RA

 

>From time to time providers may receive a check from MaineCare that was
issued without the generation of a RA by MeCMS.  When this occurs, the
check is sent to the provider so that they may credit their accounts.
This did occur for some providers this week.  

 

MaineCare has identified the problem regarding the missing RAs and
anticipates that these providers will receive, next week, the RA that
describes the services covered by this week's check.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Please contact Kathy
