[Provider] The Policies for Section 21 and Section 29 Have Been Posted to the MaineCare Web Site

ATTENTION:  All MaineCare Providers of Section 21 and Section 29
Services

 

The final policies have been posted to the MaineCare web site for
Section 21, the Comprehensive Home and Community Based Waiver and
Section 29, the Support Waiver.  These polices will also be mailed to
providers next week.  

 

Providers receiving this mailing should note that it will appear as
though you are receiving multiple copies of each.  However, each of the
Section 21 waiver policy and each of the Section 29 waiver policy are
the same.  Emergency and final rulings make the duplicate copies
necessary.
