A memorandum regarding appointments, assessments and treatment sessions
has been sent to all Section 58 providers by the Office of Child and

OCFS will no longer pay for missed appointments.
In addition, OCFS will authorize up to four (4) hours for assessments
and 12 sessions for treatment as written in MaineCare Rules. Providers
are asked to refer to the November mailings that reference registering
as an APS Healthcare provider.
