[Provider] National Code Set Updates to MeCMS

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  MaineCare Providers Using UB-04 Claim Forms 

 

The attached documents outline national code set changes related to the
new UB-04 form. New codes have been added in MeCMS with an effective
date of October 1, 2007.  Old codes will be end dated December 31, 2007.
