[Provider] Payment Information for MR Waiver Providers

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  MR Waiver Providers

 

A problem has been identified by MaineCare in the processing of current
claim submissions containing W codes.  The Office has worked through the
problem's root cause and a process for resolution is underway.

 

This means that there will be a one week delay in payments of claims
with W codes.  Claims processing to payment in the current payment cycle
will be paid during the next payment cycle.   The next EFTs for these
claims will process on November 30th and check payments for these claims
will be mailed on Monday, December 3.

 

A confirmation message on the resolution and dates for payments will be
sent early next week.
