ATTENTION:  MaineCare Providers of Adult Family Care Services

 

RULE TITLE OR SUBJECT: 

MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III, Section 2, Adult Family Care
Services

 

CONCISE SUMMARY: 

The Department proposes to increase the Resource Adjusted Price by three
percent for all resource groups for Adult Family Care Services to
accommodate a cost of living adjustment.  This increase will result in
$58,553.52 annual increase to the General Fund. 

 

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: 

Comments must be received by midnight May 2, 2008
