[Provider] Adjustments Related Reminder

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  All MaineCare Providers Needing to Make Voids or Adjustments
on Previously Paid Claims

 

Providers are reminded that they should no longer be submitting checks
to accompany Voids or Adjustments.   The exception to this would be when
a State staff member (i.e. someone from Audit, Interim Payment Recovery
or MaineCare claims, etc.) specifically requests a provider to submit a
check.

 

Questions or concerns should be forwarded to the provider's assigned
medical support specialist, as identified in the table below.
