[Provider] Behavioral Health Codes for Billing

ATTENTION:  MaineCare Providers of Child & Family Behavioral Health
Treatment (65M) with MST

 

The procedure codes H2033, H2033HK, G9007HT and G9007HK are not yet
active in MeCMS.  MaineCare Services expects these codes to be active by
approximately February 19th.  No Prior Authorization (PA) numbers can be
issued for these procedure codes until they become active.  Once these
codes become active, APS Healthcare will authorize requested services
and issue the MeCMS PA Billing Number.  Any services provided from
2/1/08 to the date the codes are active will be retroactively
authorized.
