[Provider] Section 21 and 29 Provider Notice

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  All MaineCare providers for Sections 21 and 29

 

Some providers for the services under Sections 21 and 29 may have
noticed last week that some claims were suspending for a
"classification" error.  About 600 claims suspended, alerting MaineCare
staff to a problem with the classification configuration.  The problem
was resolved earlier this week.  The suspended claims have now all
processed to appropriate payment or denial status.  We apologize for the
delay in payment related to the claims that suspended.

 

Providers should continue to file claims for these services.
