[Provider] CareConnection Changes for Behavioral Health Providers

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  Behavioral Health ASO Providers

            

On Friday, January 18th two changes were implemented to the APS
HealthCare CareConnection web site. 

The changes offer these improvements:

 

1. Providers can now check member MaineCare eligibility, without having
to start a new request at the same time

 

2. A fix for Psychological Services allows requests for psychological
services to work properly for all ages of members

 

Instructions and screen shots are attached that explain the changes in
detail.

 

Additional changes and corrections are planned for CareConnection.  APS
Healthcare and MaineCare Services will send notices of

those when they are implemented.
