[Provider] Follow-up: Presentation on Federal Medicaid Rule Changes

ATTENTION:  All MaineCare Providers

 

There has been some concern from providers regarding federal rule
changes that may impact Administration Activities and Transportation
Services. 

 

To clarify, this rule applies only to education and disallows FFP for
school-based administrative activities and for transporting students to
and from school (unless that transportation is medically necessary).
The change does not apply to other transportation providers.
