[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:            All MaineCare Provider Organizations with
Physicians Practicing in an

Outpatient Setting

 

To comply with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
requirements pursuant to the Federal Deficit Reduction Act (DRA) of
2005, the Office of MaineCare Services is changing its reimbursement of
certain physician administered drugs in the outpatient setting.

 

The attached letter regarding this change is in process of being mailed
to affected providers.
