[Provider] Training for Adjustment Functionality in MeCMS Has Been Scheduled

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  MaineCare Provider Chief Financial Officers, Patient Account
Managers 

                         and Billing Specialists

 

DHHS MaineCare Services will be conducting training sessions for
providers at various locations across the state on the adjustment
functionality that is being added to MeCMS in April 2008.  Morning and
afternoon sessions will be held to accommodate provider schedules.
Providers will have the opportunity to receive information, provide
feedback, and ask questions regarding claims adjustments and changes
that are being implemented on the paper remittance advice.  Special
sessions for hospitals will be held at the Maine Hospital Association.
Sessions for other providers will be based on claim types submitted.
Enrollment is on a first-requested, first-registered basis.  Written
confirmations including number of representatives registered will be
sent to enrollees and will be required for admission to the sessions.
