[Provider] Planned MeCMS Downtime

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  All MaineCare Providers Utilizing MeCMS for Claims Payment

 

Starting Friday evening October 10th, MeCMS will be unavailable until
6:00 am Tuesday morning, Oct 14.  This is due to an upgrade to Oracle
10g. 

 

Providers will be able to transmit files to the state during this time,
but will not receive acknowledgements until MeCMS becomes available on
Tuesday.

 

The IVR and Claims Portal will also not be available until MeCMS is back
online.

 

 

This is a one-way communication.  Please do not respond to this message.
