[Provider] Billing Note for MaineCare Providers of Section 65 Services

ATTENTION:  MaineCare Providers of Section 65, Behavioral Health
Services

 

It has come to our attention at MaineCare that providers billing their
usual and customary charges for Section 65 services may be exceeding the
maximum allowance listed in the policy.  The maximum allowance for
provider charges can be found in Chapter III, Section 65 of the
MaineCare Benefits Manual.
