[Provider] Using correct zip code to mail claims to MaineCare

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  Providers mailing claims to MaineCare

Providers sending claims to MaineCare by mail should check that they are
using the correct zip code.  Please use 04332.  This is an update of the
zip code previously communicated.

 

Not using the 04332 zip code will delay delivery of claims to MaineCare.

 

 

Is your mailing address up to date with MaineCare?  Please keep
MaineCare up to date so your Remittance Statements and checks arrive on
time.  Call Provider Enrollment at 1-800-321-5557 Option #6.
