[Provider] Ostomy supplies and certain durable medical equipment

ATTENTION:		MaineCare Providers who handle Ostomy Supplies and 
                        Certain Medical Equipment 

After a competitive bid, MaineCare has awarded Gulf South Medical Inc. an exclusive contract to supply the codes listed below.  Any of the below-listed supplies must be ordered through Gulf South starting March 1, 2009.

The “New Rates w/40% mark-up” are MaineCare’s new maximum allowed amount for these codes effective March 1 2009.
