[Provider] Updates to MIHMS Provider Re-enrollment

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:  MaineCare Providers of Educational Related Services and Free
Standing Case Management

 

The assigned provider re-enrollment cycles have changed for School-based
rehabilitation providers (educational-related services) and targeted
case management providers (case management providers that provide only
targeted case management services).  This is due to pending revisions to
MaineCare policy.  

 

Provider re-enrollment is required for all current MaineCare providers
who wish to continue submitting claims and receiving payments once the
new claims management system, known as Maine Integrated Health
Management Solution (MIHMS) becomes operational in 2010.

 

School-based rehabilitation providers will now re-enroll in Cycle 3 (not
Cycle 1).  Free-standing case management providers will also re-enroll
during Cycle 3 (not Cycle 2).

 

The overview re-enrollment schedule posted on the MaineCare web site
will be updated to reflect these changes.  Also, all providers will
receive letters inviting them to re-enroll between the dates of their
assigned cycle.

MIHMS questions can be forwarded to MaineCare2010.dhhs at maine.gov

MaineCare up to date so your Remittance Statements and checks arrive on
