[Provider] Durable Medical Equipment providers - new contract for incontinent supplies

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION:             Durable Medical Equipment Providers - Invacare
Contract 

 

After a competitive bid process for incontinent supplies, MaineCare has
awarded the contract to Invacare.  Invacare has served MaineCare members
since 2005.  As of August 1, 2009, the new contract will begin and offer
lower rates.  No other terms and conditions will change.  New rates will
be sent to you in mid-July.

Is your mailing address up to date with MaineCare?  Please keep
MaineCare up to date so your Remittance Statements and checks arrive on
