[Provider] Incontinent supply billing code

[Provider Notification]

MaineCare has updated its procedure code for incontinent wipes.
Starting August 1, 2009, please use the code S5199, personal care
product to bill incontinent wipes.  The rate for the code is $0.047
each, or $2.36 for a box of 50.

Is your mailing address up to date with MaineCare?  Please keep
MaineCare up to date so your Remittance Statements and checks arrive on
