[Provider] MR Waiver Providers

[Provider Notification]

ATTENTION: MR Waiver Providers 

 

MaineCare has reviewed all paid claims from July 2005 through December
2007 for procedure codes W114 and W125. We have identified all claims
that were underpaid. 

 

MaineCare will reprocess these claims during the first week of June. The
adjustments will appear on Remittance Advice statements approximately
two weeks later. 

 

The adjustment will correct the provider rate and the service provider
tax.  Please note, if you have already adjusted a specific claim you
will not see an adjustment through this process.

 

If the provider owes money to MaineCare for interim payments, that
amount will be subtracted from the adjustment payment.
