[Provider] MaineCare Pharmacy and Durable Medical Equipment Update

ATTENTION:  MaineCare Providers Billing Procedure Code T4554

 

Procedure code T4554 for Disposable Underpads, all sizes, such as CHUX,
is not in either the 2008 or 2009 HCPCS book and can no longer be
billed.  The code is being closed as of the date of this listserv notice
(June 19, 2009). 

 

Please consult a current HCPCS book for the appropriate code.
