ATTENTION: Hospitals that receive Prospective Interim Payments 

 

Last week, DHHS announced an emergency rule on billing for outpatient
hospital-based physicians services.  The emergency rule took effect
February 21, 2009.  To help providers understand and comply with the
emergency rule, we have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions
